How to use Affirmations

Oh, hello again and welcome back! I’m glad you’ve returned because I would like to share some knowledge that can help make you turn your own lives around

If you haven’t read my last post Meditation Made Easy, click the link and it’ll bring you right to it

If you don’t know, an affirmation is a repeated word or phrase that a person can use to bring about positive changes. The one thing a person may not know is that they use negative affirmations all the time

Let me give you an example as to what I mean:

Say you wanted more financial abundance in your life. An easy positive affirmation is,”I am financially abundant.” Or,”I am attracting wealth with ease.”

While those are good affirmations, the only problem is the opposite of those phrases a person repeats to themselves daily:

“I am never going to make enough money.” And,”Why am I always having money problems”

Everyone must be careful of what they say to themselves out of habit. Saying a positive affirmation is only half the battle, the other half is censoring what you unconsciously repeat

With that said here’s the perfect book for you all to read. I myself highly suggest reading it, and many more like it to get a better scope of how to control your life, starting with the spark of it all: You
